TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DATA LOSS OR DEVICE DAMAGE. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APP ($0).
